Selected for a 12 week intensive training program with a focus on bare metal programming and embedded systems design. Gained hands on experience with Cypress Semiconductor CY8CKIT-149 PSoC 4100 Plus Prototyping Kit. During this program, I gained substantial hands-on experience in the following areas:
Analysis of computer architecture and design principles.
ARM interrupt handling and boot up process.
Development of Makefiles, Linkerfiles and startup code.
Bare-metal programming.
GPIO, Timers, PWM, ADC, Clocks and NVIC.
Design and implementation of basic device drivers and event-driven applications.
Reading and extracting useful information from Technical Reference Manuals, including Architecture TRM and Register TRM.
