• As the company started heavily investing into the Accounts Payable space, we needed to strengthen our product discovery there, so I moved into our Accounts Payable product area.
• Since then I've been leading Payhawk's Bill Payments and Procurement products.

• After scaling support & maintenance capacity in engineering 4x, I was responsible for prioritisation of the Current backlog and scaling our processes. We set up Jira from the ground up, established prioritisation frameworks, automated operational tasks, established rules of engagement between support & engineering, etc.
• I then took over Expense Management product area, and 3 months later also had to step in to replace the PM who owned the Spend Controls area. Being the PM for these two product areas, I was owning a big part of the expense lifecycle - submission from employees, approvals from managers, and reviewing from accounting. This helped me and my teams to deliver strong end-to-end user journeys.

• Initially came on board to help out one of the Senior PMs by taking over from her some initiatives like revamping all of our email notifications from the product, improving the quality of our workflows, prioritising the backlog of bugs and small improvements, etc.
• We however quickly found out that we really need to scale our support & maintenance processes - due to our speedy growth we added way more engineering power there (5 -> 20 people). This pushed us to develop processes to work efficiently. I was put in the lead of this initiative and it was my focus for the next 6-9 months.
