About

The future of medicine will be defined not by who builds the most powerful algorithms, but by who successfully integrates intelligence to deliver meaningful outcomes at every point of care. I am a healthcare technology leader and operator driven by a single conviction: technology must restore time, judgment, and trust to clinicians and outcomes to patients or it has failed its purpose. Throughout my career, from scaling global P&Ls in Fortune 50 environments to founding AI-driven platforms, I have built an extensive track record of delivering outcomes for patients, clinicians, health systems, and payers, connecting the "last mile" of healthcare innovation: the critical gap between clinical potential and operational reality where the most significant value is created. Currently, as Founder & CEO of GW RhythmX, I am applying this experience to lead the development of a precision care AI platform designed for the complexity of real clinical workflows. We have moved beyond pilots to deliver measurable results across the continuum, from the exam room to the intelligent, connected "Smart Hospital" of the future. TIME Magazine recently highlighted what Precision Care looks like in practice: at Presbyterian Health, a physician using GW RhythmX identified an effective treatment for a complex, allergic patient in seconds — eliminating a 48-hour specialist wait. That is the difference between wait-and-see medicine and real-time precision care and it is happening in hospitals right now. My perspective is shaped by two decades of scaling what works: • Scale & Operations: Led global product, operations, tech, sales and platform organizations for Humana, Nuance, and Wolters Kluwer, managing P&Ls into the billions and supporting teams across 170+ countries. • Clinical Integration: Bridging the divide between AI, SaaS transformation, and the frontline realities of modern medicine. • Industry Advocacy: Regularly invited by BCG, MIT, HMA and Becker’s Healthcare to provide strategic perspective on clinician-led AI, precision care, operational realities of the "Smart Hospital” and driving economically sustainable innovation. I believe the next era of healthcare belongs to the "clinical realists" those who understand that algorithms are only as good as the human decisions they empower. Whether I am building a startup or steering a global enterprise, my commitment remains the same: rethinking technology to protect and strengthen the patient-clinician bond. The revolution isn’t televised. It’s being deployed in hospitals right now.
