• Jit joined HCL Perot Systems in 1999 as Head of ASEAN. HCL Perot Systems was acquired by Perot Systems Corporation and then by Dell. He was responsible for the project/services revenue growth and P/L for the region. His overall operations leadership responsibilities included consultative sales strategy, business growth, governance of projects/professional services delivery and back-office support/operations management for the region.

Jit was responsible for the sales of business systems/solutions and to pioneer the relationship building/management with key accounts/value-added partners/decision makers across the Telecom and Steel industry sectors in India. Partnered with TCIL-Bellsouth to implement billing systems in various Dept of Telecoms across India. He led the sign-off of the bulk-contract with SAIL to roll-out systems across the steel plants in India.
