Industry project as a part of the M.B.A requirement: involved in the project management to help the local council developed the indigenous event, which was held in Perth 2018. Feb 2017-July 2017.
Attended meetings with different stakeholders to understand their expectations of the project in order to establish business rapport.
Conducted an interview with different stakeholders and executed the analytical research to gather all the necessary information associated with the project.
Developed a proposal plan suggestion for the project and presented the idea to the Perth local council team.
Finalised by providing a solid report and business plan to the local council.
Achievement:
Improved negotiation skills as well as communication during the project. I also learned how to establish a network with different stakeholders. Importantly, creative thinking and problem-solving skills are considered the two most improvements during this project. This had been done by conducting thorough research, compilation & interpretation of information, and applying logic to arrive at conclusions.
