• The Teach For India Fellowship is a 2 year long fellowship.
• The first year of the Fellowship pertained to classroom management, with little role outside. In the class, I looked at different aspects of a child's growth, with equal weight-age being given to academics, values and exposure. I involved them in dramatics and hygiene building activities.
• In the second year of the fellowship, along with classroom management, I did a project on Organ Donation with Fortis Healthcare. Through this project I aimed at influencing a large amount of people and roping them in, as well as, hold a high expectation from my 6th graders and see them as the change agents to bring out a positive change in the society's approach towards such social issues.
• I was also an active member in the Government and School Relations Committee as the Events Lead, as well as, in the Fellow Recruitment Committee wherein I handle corporate portfolios (applicants and youth hubs).
