• In my current role, I prepare representations, letters, objections, and responses to homebuyer complaints in various forums, including but not limited to EOW, Police Stations, DGTCP and other various departments/authorities. I manage disputes and litigations across multiple courts and tribunals, such as District & Sessions Courts, RERA, HREAT etc. and handle cases concerning the Negotiable Instruments Act. My responsibilities include drafting and reviewing agreements like Builder-Buyer Agreements, Settlement Deeds, and RERA Registration documents, as well as court pleadings for submission to Trial Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals. Additionally, I conduct legal compliance checks on CRM documents to ensure regulatory adherence.
