Co-Founder at ICEO. Spent 11 years learning what to build, how to build it, and when not to build it at all. Now mostly interested in two things: where AI actually helps, and how to optimize processes without making them bureaucratic. WHAT I'VE DONE: Built product teams and scaled ventures as VP of Product at ICEO. Created validation frameworks that tested startup ideas in weeks instead of months. Wrote code as a backend developer. Designed systems as an architect. Led technical teams as a CTO. Learned that most process problems aren't technical - they're human. WHAT I'M EXPLORING NOW: Where AI removes friction vs. where it just adds complexity. Process optimization that makes teams faster without burning them out. Systems thinking applied across code, product, and business decisions. Pattern recognition in what actually works (not what sounds good in theory).
