About

I build systems that remove friction between engineering complexity and business outcomes. Over the last decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of scalable systems, developer platforms, and revenue-critical infrastructure—from early-stage 0→1 builds to systems handling millions of API calls and enterprise-grade workloads. What I’ve consistently seen: Most companies don’t fail because of la ack of ideas. They fail because execution systems don’t scale with complexity. What I’m Building Now: I’m currently building Navrit — AI Native Dealer Execution OS. The problem is not “more leads.” The problem is: Revenue leakage across the funnel. Lead decay due to slow or inconsistent follow-ups. Poor visibility into true margin per lead. Navrit is designed to fix that. It acts as an AI execution layer on top of dealer workflows, helping teams: Capture and prioritize high-intent leads in real-time. Automate follow-ups across channels (without losing context). Detect revenue leaks before they impact conversions. Optimize for gross margin, not just volume. This is not another CRM. It’s a system that executes, not just tracks. How I Think About Technology: I don’t see engineering as feature delivery. I see it as a leverage function for business outcomes. → Reliability is not infra—it’s revenue protection. → Developer productivity is not tooling—it’s speed to market. → Architecture is not design—it’s a long-term cost decision. My focus is always: → Reduce invisible complexity. → Make systems observable and controllable. → Align engineering decisions directly with business impact. What I Care About: Building systems that scale without human heroics. Turning operational chaos into predictable execution. Working with teams that value clarity over noise, depth over hype.

Experience

Navrit

Co-Founder & CTO

Mar 2026Present · 1 mo · Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

  • Building Navrit- The AI Native Dealer Execution OS. It connects a dealer's existing systems — DMS, CRM, inventory, lead sources, WhatsApp — and converts fragmented data into the next best action for every employee, in priority order, with context
  • Dealers don't need another tool. They need intelligence across the tools they already have.
  • → AI-powered lead scoring and prioritization
  • → Zero-risk onboarding: we work leads dealers have given up on
  • → Vendor-agnostic: works on top of any DMS, any CRM
  • Building in India for the world

  • We help CTOs and CEOs surface hidden tech strategy, and execution risks that impact delivery predictability, reliability, growth, and revenue as engineering organizations scale.
  • As companies grow, tech strategy, and execution debt accumulates quietly—often showing up late as churn, reliability incidents, or stalled enterprise deals. SeaSBee provides visibility into these blind spots so leadership teams can align engineering execution with business outcomes.
