I have spent more than twenty-eight years working at the intersection of technology, finance and business strategy. My career spans consulting, strategic leadership and business unit management in environments where technological change reshapes financial infrastructures and economic models. Over the years, I have led and contributed to complex technology initiatives, from information systems transformation to innovation-driven projects and agile delivery, combining strategic vision with operational execution, including proof-of-concepts and MVPs.In recent years, my work has focused on the evolution of financial infrastructures and payment systems. I pay particular attention to new payment rails, stablecoins, deposit tokens and programmable money, and to how these innovations reshape the financial ecosystem for banks, companies and digital platforms.In this context, I work with organizations, financial institutions and companies to integrate these technologies into their strategies and operations. I also engage with executives and professionals to help them understand the implications of emerging technologies and structure transformation initiatives combining artificial intelligence, new payment infrastructures and evolving digital systems.Over the past five years, I have contributed to the analysis, audit or mentoring of more than 400 technology and entrepreneurial projects. This experience has strengthened a pragmatic approach to transformation combining strategic vision, project governance, team coordination and execution capability.I am also actively involved in innovation ecosystems. As an international speaker, I regularly participate in conferences dedicated to technology, finance and innovation and contribute to the evaluation of entrepreneurial initiatives within innovation programs and startup ecosystems. In parallel, I collaborate with institutions, academic actors and startups while helping build bridges between ecosystems, particularly between Europe and Africa. Alongside my professional activities, I contribute to discussions on the evolution of financial systems and emerging technologies.
