About

Ashley Kramer is a technology executive who has served as CRO, CMO, CPO, and CTO across some of the most influential data and AI companies of the last two decades. Her career spans OpenAI, GitLab, Tableau, Alteryx, and Amazon, with an early engineering start at NASA, giving her a uniquely comprehensive view of how data, analytics, and AI evolve and scale inside organizations. Prior to leading enterprise sales at OpenAI, Ashley was Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, and Chief Technology Officer at GitLab. She was responsible for scaling the company across sales, marketing, product, and technology post-IPO. During this period, GitLab’s revenue grew nearly 4x as the platform’s enterprise adoption and AI-driven use cases accelerated. Before GitLab, Ashley was SVP of Product Management and Marketing at Alteryx, where she led the product roadmap and go to market strategy for the company’s modern, end-to-end analytics platform. During her tenure, Alteryx experienced multiple years of 50–70%+ growth post-IPO. Prior to that, Ashley helped drive Tableau’s shift to the cloud as GM of Tableau Cloud, the company’s fastest-growing product. This cloud business became a strategic pillar of Tableau ahead of Salesforce’s $15.7B acquisition. Ashley also serves on the Board of Directors at dbt Labs and advises a range of founders and investors on scaling go-to-market, product strategy, and AI-driven platforms. She is especially energized by opportunities where product, data, and AI come together to unlock new categories, and where tight alignment between product, marketing, and sales becomes the differentiator.
