• Currently since Aug 2020, I am leading Engineering efforts to unify realtime transactions and backoffice actions between all PayPal Inc products (Braintree, Hyperwallet, PayPal) which involves solving Identity, experience, enterprise level unified API and scale related challenges.
• Between 2018 to 2020, I was the engineering leader managing disputes, transaction listing, Refunds and Insights. Managing multiple scrum teams and products. Leader for the merchant servicing organisation in Bangalore. Keeping an eye out for new technology, creating the best strategy for the teams to execute and help grow PayPal. Managing teams that work on dispute resolution for merchants, showing real time transaction history at a huge scale and Insights for our merchants along with some specific projects for our large enterprises.
