• It was a joy to pursue my passion for the arts when I founded Civet & Company, my art consulting firm in NYC, and elevated and motivated my inspiring team with my servant leadership role as CEO. I supervised sales and marketing, engaged and oversaw meticulous research, and initiated consulting services to private art collectors, industry dealers, and the world's top auction houses. Gathered in-depth confidential information on provenance, ownership history, style, age, validation of fine jewels and fine art for private collectors, etc.
• My husband and I have transitioned into a fulfilling retirement, art collecting, and dividing our time between Sarasota, Florida, and Sutton Place South in Manhattan, NYC. • The ability to multitask with effortless calm, refined demeanor, and grace under pressure were and still are La Maison de Cartier's hallmarks. To this day, I still send handwritten notes on hand-engraved, fine cotton stationery–a habit from my upbringing reinforced by Cartier's inimitable savoir-faire.

My training there was valuable to my career. Everyone from the buyer, department manager, and CEO Ira Neimark were dynamic. I have memorable conversations with Ira Neimark and Dawn Mello, the fashion director then, and later president. They were the incomparable dual "force-field" of the fashion world who introduced Manolo Blahnik, Donna Karan, Giorgio Armani, Michael Kors, (I could go on...) to the world of luxury High Fashion.

• An artist/dancer/singer/performer with the Multi-Internationally Awarded Bayanihan Philippine National Dance Company (a non-profit since 1955). From my early teens, I was a member of the Official Delegation to World's Japan Exposition, a member of the First Cultural Group invited to the People's Republic of China; Two Year-Long World Tours through Five Continents including 88 US cities, Command Performances for St. Pope John Paul II, US Presidents Reagan, Bush, Clinton, King Juan Carlos I & Queen Sophia of Spain, King Hassan II of Morocco & then Crown Prince King Mohammed VI of Morocco, Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei, many other heads of state and dignitaries. I had the honor to perform for Dame Margo Fonteyn, Natalia Makarova, Agnes De Mille, Renata Tebaldi, Franco Corelli, Placido Domingo, Van Cliburn, and other legendary artists. I credit this multi-faceted experience for the Discipline, Confidence, and "Fire in the Belly" Dedication that were the bedrock of my later professional business career. I am grateful I can still dance in my spare time.
