  • Architected and implemented Android/iOS Continuous Integration/Delivery infrastructure with quality control gates embedded into development process
  • in collaboration with Tinder iOS team has built Testing infrastructure for regression suite using XCUITest framework, screenshot validation with Facebook FBSnapshotTestCase library. Integrated those solution into pre-merge validation in CircleCI and post-merge validation in Jenkins prior to delivery to Fabric's Beta distribution group
  • built Continuous Delivery solution for Android Team with CI running in CircleCI and CD part running in Jenkins. As result, each PR validated each commit with Unit tests and lint prior to triggering regression Espresso tests as post merge event. Upon all successful test checks, Jenkins deployed Android build into Crashlytics or Google Play Beta based on branching strategy
  • hired world class QA team and developed Agile processes around them for Continuous testing where QA Engineers where coupled with developers and release managers. Consequently automated tests were developed simultaneously with features, regression manual test cycles have decreased drastically and thus bugs were discovered earlier
  • along with team has designed and developed stubbed solution using Node's HAPI framework which helped functional automated tests to reach stability in Continuous Delivery setup. Besides test infrastructure benefits, such stub server helped developers to work on a new front-end client features while backend team was still working on a new APIs for those features
  • automated process of cutting off release branch for Android team bi-weekly with automatically bumping release major and minor versions via Gradle script setup
