Ashish Rajpal is the founder of XSEED Education. Ashish left an international corporate career to pursue his passion for education. His interests include the human learning process, teacher development, innovation, and organizational leadership. Over the past decade, Ashish has led the creation and scale-up of XSEED - a path-breaking innovation that has improved learning for over a million children in eight countries. Ashish holds a Master's degree in Mind, Brain & Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, where he was a student of Prof. Howard Gardner; and an MBA from XLRI. Ashish is also a part-time teacher who teaches Grade 4 Science when he can.
