• Tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the smooth execution of HST 2022, a massive team of student volunteers was cherry-picked and carefully mentored. HST 2022 saw participants and dignitaries joining from all across India including the then Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Jairam Thakur.

• Built a trust based, sandboxed P2P marketplace from scratch with two co founders. Raised funding, launched the product, and acquired paying customers. Executed a customer driven pivot, then made the decision to wind down after reassessing market and execution viability.
• Learnt a lot from the experience, from mistakes we made along the way and from some amazing mentors at Catalyst IIT Mandi.

• Worked in the Customer DNA – Inferred Attributes team on the large amounts of user data that Rakuten collects as a part of its various services in Japan and parts of Asia.
• Out of 1000s of different available features, a subset is selected to train CatBoost models to infer other attributes useful to Rakuten or other organizations for serving ads.
• Used various different frameworks such as CleanLab, Isolation Forest, Random Forest OOB method to identify mislabels and validate training datasets in use by the team. Also proposed and developed a completely new method for mislabel detection.

• There was a 14 fold increase in registrations when compared to the previous editions with participation from over a 100 colleges all across India including several IITs, NITs, NISERs, etc.
• The fest meant that I was directly involved in conversing and managing a massive group of volunteers, participants, potential sponsors and several prominent national and international guest speakers.
• The fest was organised by Space Technology and Astronomy Cell (STAC), IIT Mandi with International Astronomical Union's (IAU) Office of Astronomy for Development (OAD) as the Title Sponsor, GeeksforGeeks as Associate Sponsor and younity.in as the Technical Sponsor.
