• I joined as a second designer in the team and together with the first designer built a team of high-performing designers between 8 to 11, which included a researcher and ux-writer and Design system and 6 product designers. During this period I established a design process tailor-made for startups that ensured Velocity and Quality of Design. The process also ensured product requirements are critically analysed from user's perspective. My work also included hiring and training the team members who were mostly freshers or interns and converting them into professional designers for life.

• Joined as first designer among a team of 25 engineers. Had great fun building products, doing guerilla customer research and evangelizing design best practices at Halodoc Indonesia. Doing impromptu customer interviews at pharmacies in Jakarta, discussing wireframes on the wall with multi-stakeholder and multi-cultural and language teams were the best part of the experience at Halodoc.
• Designed bi-lingual mobile app-verse for both IOS and Android within a span of 4 months was the high point of the brief stint at Halodoc.
