• Led solution architecture for Health Insights modernized data Platform. Designed an event-driven Data Quality Framework to automate data quality checks. Led security and compliance process to get the data platform HIPAA certified. Designed and Implemented BI solutions for Data scientist and Data Managers using Superset and Plotly Dash. Implemented authentication and authorization using AppID and Keycloak. The overall project Reduced time to Insights by 96.6 % with a continuous update paradigm with near Zero downtime.
• Led solution architecture and successful implementation of Watson Change detection on Watson’s payer platform. This solution is a comprehensive and scalable machine learning system that understands healthcare data in context and identifies emerging cost drivers early on, empowering health care payers to take action to improve performance sooner. Reduced time for analysts to identify top cost drivers by 87.5 %
• Led solution architecture and development team towards a successful implementation of Watson Analytic Assistant. This solution brings AI to Watson Health’s payer platform to surface Insights using easy to understand natural language dialog to recommend the best visualizations. Reduced time for end user to generate health Insights charts by 96.5 %
• Led solution architecture for Cognitive Benefits Abstractor and several successful pilots of the solution. This solution uses Watson AI and healthcare specific Natural Language Processing (NLP) to interpret lengthy, unstructured data. Filed three patents. Time acceleration: 40x to 50x. Cost savings: 50% - 80%. F1 score: of 98%.

• Solution architect and Client lead for IBM Flexible Analytics: This solution is designed to provide analytic insights to healthcare customers to make successful business decisions. I led several client projects to identify business and technical requirements, support to RFP process, architect and present solutions to meet client requirements, proof of concept work, work hands on in IBM cloud platform, product demonstrations, coordinate technical resources, and create customer facing documents.
• Solution architect and Implementation lead for IBM Unified Data Model for Healthcare which is an industry-standard healthcare model to help customers quickly develop business applications. I led the effort by working with different business units within IBM to migrate the data from a legacy platform into UDMH using IBM Data Stage and extended the model using Info Sphere Data Architect.
