About

I started building before I knew what a startup really was. In college, I launched my 1st venture with limited resources and a small team. It taught me - how to move fast - make scrappy decisions - and build teams that execute. That early experience pulled me into op roles at high-growth startups, where I learned the mechanics of scale from the inside out such as: > I joined the growing team of Shuttl and worked on user acquisition at ground level. > At WheelsEye, I saw what it takes to build products that scale. > At Fella Homes, I sharpened my operations and go-to-market instincts. Over time, I went from operator > builder and eventually > mentor. Along the way, mentoring founders through NITI Aayog initiatives changed my perspective. I saw a recurring gap. Many founders had ideas and energy, but lacked consistent access to operational playbooks, networks, and early capital. Great founders paired with practical mentorship accelerated faster than anything else. That insight led me and my co-founder to PedalStart. Since 2021, we help early-stage founders move from prototype to product-market fit with - structured mentorship - industry connections - and early-stage capital Today, the ecosystem includes: 10,000+ founders, 1,500+ investors, 100+ mentors We work across sectors and support founders from day 0 long before traditional accelerators step in.
