• The product was built from scratch. After a few months of the discovery cycle, the MVP backlog budget was assigned. My role was to collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and early adopters to make this product happen. After we got the first client, there was a start for other segments. Finally, "VISE" was working in 3 countries.

For two hard years, we have achieved the clear responsibility zones for each application in the program and decreased “dependent system issues” resolve time to 2 hours. We have completed the path from "nobody knows the webserver IP" to automatically system alerts and bi-weekly management reporting sessions where all were on the same page about the maintenance, issues, and plans.
