• Investigate, resolve and settle complex multi-million dollar claims in an equitable manner to the satisfaction of the Insured, and FM Global in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
• Experienced in working on claims with complex business interpretation losses.
• Successfully completed training in High Hazard claims handling (power generation, pulp and paper, chemical).
• Have claims handling experience in high hazard occupancies and industries such as manufacturing, foundries, glass manufacturing, plastics and blown film operations, pulp and paper, power generation, chemical plants and pharmaceuticals.

• Perform work product review, training and supervision of new adjusters.
• Experienced in subrogation activities, including but not limited to contract review, cause and origin investigation management, working with internal and outside counsel.
