I build engineering organizations that move revenue. For more than two decades I’ve led transformations in growth-stage and established companies, modernizing platforms, accelerating product delivery, and rebuilding engineering cultures to unlock scale and enterprise value. I’m typically brought in when the current trajectory isn’t good enough and the CEO or board needs the technology org to become a multiplier. I’ve led end to end rebuilds across product, data, infrastructure, and process, eliminating drag, upgrading leadership, and shipping what the business actually needs to grow. My work centers on turning stagnant or outdated platforms into scalable products, reorganizing and leveling up teams for speed and output, and building the operating rhythm and technical foundation required to move from flat growth to expansion. I partner directly with CEOs, founders, and boards to align technology with enterprise value and deliver outcomes that show up on a P&L. I’ve built and led engineering organizations in $50M–$500M companies and have also operated at multibillion-dollar scale, including Amazon. I lead from inside the work, build trust quickly, and drive durable results. If the mandate is growth, scale, modernization, or preparing the business for the next stage, that’s where I come in.
