About

Immigrating to the United States is a big and difficult decision. But many with loved ones in America or the entrepreneurial spirit to continue their career, business, or investment want to make this big step. I help them overcome the legal hurdles that prevent them from living their best life in the U.S., as well as train the lawyers that do this work. I have helped clients from most countries in the world go through the Immigration Process, with a primary focus on helping married and engaged (fiancés) couples complete the process in the U.S. (Adjustment of Status) or outside of the U.S. (Consular Processing). I also help apply for Citizenship (Naturalization) and other related immigration law needs. I have taught at Pepperdine and Loyola Law Schools and won the Superlawyers and Best Lawyers (US News) Awards for several years in a row. I am also the host of the Immigration Lawyers Podcast and Publisher of the Immigration Lawyers Toolbox® Trade Magazine and Attorney-Training Program. Info@jqklaw.com - www.JQKLaw.com
