I never imagined that recruitment would become such a big part of my life. But every resume I screened… every candidate I onboarded… every story I heard…made me realize that hiring is not a process=it's a responsibility. At V-Mart, I onboarded 200+ managers. At BigBasket, I brought in 150+ people within months. With every hire, I saw one thing clearly: People don’t need just a job. They need the right start. I didn’t want to just fill positions - I wanted to transform how hiring happens. So while working full-time in talent acquisition, I picked up a second passion: Helping people rewrite their careers. What began as small resume fixes for friends turned into something bigger - clients across experience levels, people stuck in their careers, freshers confused about their first steps, and mid-career professionals wanting to restart. Soon, I started Resume Writing & Career Consulting as a solo freelancer. No team. No marketing. No fancy branding.Just pure results.
