About

Handling increased system loads, decreasing downtime, and eliminating single points of failure are all crucial needs of any business or enterprise infrastructure. Since every business is different, the right approach to building high-availability requires careful development of a strategy that is tailored to the business. Making smart infrastructure choices for high-availability workloads means having a clear picture of the current system infrastructure. This is the first step to determining which applications and workloads are mission-critical to the business and lays the foundation for building large, business-critical computing environments with zero tolerance for downtime. This is why I'm passionate about tackling global-level problems and improving the world by leading large engineering organizations and site reliability teams. Over my years at NASDAQ I learned the importance of correctness, simplicity and milliseconds in trading. At VMWare I learned how to work on problems that redefine an industry. At Google, I learned to scale, serve our customers well and to move an entire company towards the Enterprise. Today I’m tackling the future of employment and enabling great leaders to have even greater impact. My skills also include: • Managing cross-functional teams throughout the entire lifecycle, from building large-scale, cloud-based, highly available software platforms to managing the critical steps in implementing enterprise software integration tests. • Building the vision for quality control within each product line, through defining the deliverables, setting strategic milestones, and driving process improvements in order to ensure resiliency and meet stringent availability SLAs. • Leading the growth and evolution of reliability engineering teams and providing guidance in building and setting individual and team performance goals, encouraging and mentoring the team members to maximize their abilities. • Expansion of technology vision and scaling up multiple business units through utilizing innovative technologies and software systems, as well as best practices that result in faster time-to-market and speed up product launches • Promoting organizational transformation and digital disruption initiatives through strategic launch of enterprise software, cloud computing strategies, artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, SaaS and IoT products. Thanks for viewing my profile. Please reach out to connect. I look forward to getting to know you better and sharing ideas and experiences.
