About

building is art. at some point, i stopped thinking about tech as just a set of tools and started seeing it as something you can shape, like writing or design. something you can question, improve, and get better at over time. that’s what pushed me to start building things for myself and for other people. anything that begins as “what if?” and turns into something real. it eventually led me into ai, ml, and research. right now, i’m finishing a paper on how llms explain credit risk. basically, how complex models can communicate their reasoning in ways that actually make sense to people. i’m also supervising several projects for canada’s top undergraduate ai conference at western university, helping students turn creative ideas into tangible work. what matters most to me, though, is intention. technical skills are powerful not because they're rare, but because they give you agency to shape what's around you. when used well, they create opportunities for more than just yourself. if any of this resonates, reach out. i'd love to connect.
