From the lab to the boardroom: I combine scientific rigor, entrepreneurial experience, and leadership coaching to help companies turn ambitious ideas into scalable operations. My work in management consulting grew from a foundation in science. As an award-winning researcher and scientist, I learned to analyze complex systems, identify patterns, and design evidence-based solutions. I carried that rigor into entrepreneurship, where I experienced firsthand how even the most ambitious vision can fail if the structures, leadership, and processes aren’t in place to support it. Today, I partner with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams to transform ambitious ideas into organizations that can actually execute and scale. I uniquely bring three complementary hats to every organization I work with: Consultant: applying diagnostic rigor to identify structural gaps, strengthen business models, and improve operational effectiveness. Executive: translating strategy into practical operating structures, reporting lines, and workflows that teams can execute reliably. Coach: developing leaders and teams to make stronger decisions, navigate complexity, and sustain growth. This ability to move fluidly between consulting, executive thinking, and coaching allows me to address challenges at every level of an organization: from boardroom strategy and attracting investments to team execution and cross-functional team leadership.
