My obsession with communication started long before HBS, but that’s where I turned it into a science. After earning my doctorate, I taught MBA students at the University of Toronto. These days, I teach executive education at UofT’s Temerty School of Medicine and at the Rotman School of Mgmt. In 2018, I launched Talk About Talk to help executives accelerate their careers. I now coach clients and deliver keynotes and workshops at firms like Deloitte, Manulife, JPMorgan, MasterCard, BMO, EY, and PwC. I’m also the host of the Talk About Talk podcast with >200 episodes and I'm an Inc. columnist.
