• Worked on detecting consciousness in individual with disorder of consciousness (i.e. Unresponsive wakefulness syndrome, minimally conscious) using electroencephalography and graph theory.

• In this project funded by a NSERC USRA grant, I developed an application that would produce music out of the emotional features contained within physiological signals. My work in this project included graphical user interface designing, development of feature extraction algorithms and building modules to interact with different API from third party libraries (Empatica E4 and Thought Technology TPS) as well as database interaction on android phones (Realm).

• In this project funded by a NSERC USRA grant, I worked with a protein linked to memory formation (i.e. Sol-A) to characterize its interaction with another protein (i.e. Ubiquitin). My role was to first mutate the original protein isolated from Aplysia to truncate its Zinc Finger domain and then do a series of binding assay with varying amount of Ubiquitin to characterize which domains were of critical importance.
