• At Reuters Thailand, I was primarily responsible for production support of the AAA process/component of Thomson Reuters flagship product Eikon. I was engaged in supporting four production data centers and other development/testing environments. I was part of the core team of 4 people set up as a global triage team where my responsibilities included engaging with teams across the world, understanding end-to-end process flow of the product, work with different verticals to resolve issues, bridging the gap between the front line teams and the back end support teams by creating triage process and tracking progress. In the first month of being a part of the triage team, I managed to bring down the failure rate in the customer on-boarding process drastically.

• At Thomson Reuters, I was the working on the Content Definition and Development component of the Thomson Reuters Eikon platform. The component was completely built, tested and delivered from Bangalore. During the first month of taking over the work, the bugs in the existing system were brought down by around 80%. The product was restructured and rewritten in a short span of time to ensure compliance with standards and to improve performance/efficiency.
