I am a Leadership, Culture, and Innovation executive with twenty years of experience driving organizational transformation for some of the world's most ambitious global brands. I currently lead Culture, Growth, and Innovation at Atlassian, shaping how a global, distributed company scales its culture, develops its leaders, and embeds innovation in an asynchronous-first world. My work sits at the intersection of people strategy, organizational design, and the future of work — translating bold vision into the systems, experiences, and capabilities that make it real. Previously, I spent a decade at Google leading Executive Leadership & Innovation Programs across the Americas — overseeing cross-functional teams, executive experience centers, and immersive learning solutions that helped C-Suite leaders navigate complexity, drive innovation, and deliver measurable business outcomes at scale. Earlier in my career, I founded and scaled a SaaS CRM startup to profitability within six months before successfully exiting. That entrepreneurial experience sharpened my instincts for operational efficiency, strategic clarity, and customer-centric innovation — and continues to inform how I lead. I am also deeply committed to inclusion, equity, and clarity in times of uncertainty. I designed and taught a master's course on Leading Complexity in Diverse Organizations at USC, and hold certifications in executive coaching, talent assessment, and instructional design. Across every role, I bring the same orientation: a systems thinker who builds for scale, a leader who develops other leaders, and an executive who knows that culture is not a program — it is the operating system of a great organization. Alongside this work, I spent many of those same years caring for both of my parents — navigating one of the most complex and least-supported seasons a professional can face.
