With over 19 years of diversified marketing experience, I have cultivated a dynamic career spanning FMCG, service-based industries, e-commerce, media, and edtech. Currently, I serve as Chief Business Officer at The Daily Star—Bangladesh’s leading English daily—and as COO at Keeron, an innovative upskilling platform by Media World. My career began in FMCG marketing before progressing through service-based marketing and scaling new heights in e-commerce as the Chief Marketing Officer at Daraz (Alibaba Group) Bangladesh. During my tenure, I led transformative initiatives such as a bold rebranding, enhanced customer experience, historic 11:11 sales records (BDT 170 crores in just 10 hours), and the launch of DAS ( Daraz Advertising Solutions) as part of profitability management. My media projects have been spotlighted internationally by organizations including INMA, GXpress, and Global Ties U.S. I take pride in being recognized as one of the JCI Top Outstanding Young Persons (2021) and receiving the YWN Marketing Excellence Award (2020) from the Asia Marketing Federation. Passionate about giving back, I co-founded Mission Save Bangladesh during the COVID-19 pandemic to support underprivileged families—a mission featured by major international media such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, and AP. I also serve as an angel investor in the Kumon franchise in Chattogram and contribute to the growth of the higher education sector through the Business Growth Academy, reflecting my commitment to Bangladesh’s startup ecosystem. As the former President of the BRAC University Alumni Association, and a recipient of distinguished digital innovation awards (by WAN-IFRA & Google), I also enjoy thought leadership—authoring four books, writing articles, and speaking at international conferences across Asia. I am proud to be a Google Squared graduate. My global perspective was profoundly enriched by my participation in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) sponsored by the U.S. State Department. Through this prestigious exchange, I had the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, policymakers, and changemakers from around the world—deepening my insight into international collaboration, cross-cultural leadership, and innovative approaches to marketing and social impact.  I have completed my BBA programme from Brac University with 100% scholarship and executive MBA from IBA. I am also currently pursuing my online MBA from Golden Gate University (GGU), San Francisco.
