  • Aspire Lounge was a novel service offering introduced by TVA, with a focus given to both "Candidate" & "Client" experience. With the IT industry picking up in India and candidates having multiple choice, they ended up attending interviews every weekend. The top 1-5 % of this candidate pool was the one which most companies wished to hire. Through the Aspire model we tried to crash down the cycle time by bringing together multiple customers (with a good volume of mid-management to senior positions) and premium candidates to a single venue (usually a Five star premise) to interview. This concept also proved to be successful in attracting a good chunk of passive candidates.
