About

I design learning systems that make mastery visible. My background spans education, AI, product thinking, and international school leadership. I focus on translating pedagogy into measurable systems: assessment frameworks, learner motivation loops, progress tracking, educator workflows, and real-world performance tasks. At Alpha School in New York City, I lead learning and operational systems that help students build independence, collaboration, grit, and academic growth through adaptive learning, public showcases, and AI-supported feedback. I design mastery-based experiences that turn broad goals into observable behaviors, explicit success criteria, and repeatable structures educators can use. Previously, I led cross-functional delivery for AI-enabled learning products at August Interactive, advised on AI and education policy initiatives connected to El Salvador’s Ministry of Education, and completed the Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology program at Harvard Graduate School of Education. I’m most energized by opportunities to build AI-native learning infrastructure, especially systems for assessment, analytics, adaptive support, and educator-facing tools.
