Shivam Mishra — Co-Founder
I’ve spent the last few years helping early-stage companies get the right footing, whether it’s entering a new market, building out a team, or thinking through product and growth with clarity. I used to think building startups was the goal, and all of it felt like ‘the work’. And it still is, in many ways. At String Ventures, we’ve spent the last few years backing teams who are trying to do hard things, mostly with AI, mostly early-stage. It’s real, messy, exciting work. I love it. But something shifted then. Somewhere between the late-night calls, investor decks, and fund strategy meetings, I started paying more attention to what was happening outside the calendar. Health. Family. Money. Energy. I’m beginning to believe that the real win isn’t just a successful company. It’s having clarity on how you want to live and living that way. So I’m sharing a little more now about: - Healthy habits I’m learning - Small things that help me feel a little more grounded. Not because I have it all figured out. But because I think more of us are trying to build something - a career, a life, a body that makes it all possible. This space is part startup journey, part personal one. If you’re navigating that too, you’ll probably find something to relate to here. Feel free to jump in dms to share/discuss anything you care about.
