• Working with a group of smart, capable managers who have been chosen by the organisation to be a part of this program. We are on a journey of self exploration. The program is called DriWe. My sessions are called ‘In Conversation’ and aim to provide guidance on identifying and planning one’s developmental goals while having conversations to create a road map and work towards achieving them. We are half way through our journey and the progress is promising.
• My sessions are a mix of Group and one-two-one session with each of the participants. This way we were able to connect at a deeper level, helping me design my customised approach for them. The methodology includes creating experiencing learning with the use of Theatrical activities and Art based tasks followed by discussions to ensure the underline purpose of the exercise is well understood.
• The focus remains on developing the Coach style Leadership skills so that each of them emerges as a successful leader while creating more leaders in their respective teams. When the coaching behaviour becomes a part of the organisational culture, lots of pain areas are naturally taken care of. Result- collective growth- of individuals and the organisation as a whole.
