One of the most fulfilling projects I’ve worked on is something we call the Influencer Circle a team-driven initiative designed to amplify our presence on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter. When we launched it in November 2022, the mission was bold: significantly increase reviews and referrals without sounding like a desperate ex chasing validation. Fast forward to today, and the results speak for themselves: * 1,000+ reviews and a steady 5% referral rate every month * A milestone of 10,000 Google reviews with a stellar 4.9-star rating (Yes, I’m casually flexing. Even my mom thinks I’m crushing it.) But for me, this journey was never just about the numbers. It was about rallying a team around a shared vision, finding creative and authentic ways to engage with customers, and celebrating every small victory whether it was a single review or a new referral. Along the way, I learned the importance of teamwork, clear communication, and the sheer power of genuine customer experiences.
