• Responsible for recruiting new talent for Information Technology requisitions and maintain business relationships with candidates, partners and clients.
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates through effective usage of Internal Systems, Database, Job Portals, Postings as well as through Social Networking within defined timelines.
• Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
• Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching the consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them before presenting it to clients.
• Regular follow up with the respective reporting managers and candidates to ensure timely closures.
• Schedule job interviews and interaction with Account Managers to ensure closure.
• Ensure recruitment SLAs are met as mutually agreed with reporting managers and other key stakeholders.
• Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and close candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Negotiate pay rates and other contractual terms with candidates.
• Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
