This includes things like LPN-based receiving, transfer order flows, inventory controls, and building dashboards that give teams better visibility into performance. A few areas I’ve consistently worked on: • Improving warehouse productivity and reducing manual effort • Increasing inventory accuracy and reducing discrepancies • Building simple, usable dashboards for operations teams • Connecting operations teams with product/tech to solve problems faster I enjoy roles where I can be close to both operations and systems — understanding the problem on the warehouse floor and then helping build a practical solution around it.
