Throughout my professional journey spanning over 21 years, I have been incredibly fortunate to work alongside exceptional mentors, colleagues, partners, and investors who provided me with invaluable opportunities for growth and learning.Starting as a Quality Analyst, I progressed through various roles in office of the CEO and witnessed the growth of organization from its early stages, with our team expanding significantly and our client base flourishing. I got to work with diverse array of global institutions like investment banks, private equity funds, professional services and legal firms on multiple M&A deals and restructuring initiatives. This equipped me with invaluable insights into different aspects of business, broadening my perspective and enriching me as a professional. My involvement with wealth managers as a part of family office provided me with a platform to engage with innovative startups and funds and gave me the chance to assess risk and learn identifying promising ventures.My journey took a transformative turn during my second stint, as a founding member in tax, business and regulatory advisory startup. Alongside remarkable teammates and visionary co-founders, on a journey that has since blossomed into a thriving enterprise, I had firsthand encounter with the process of building something from the ground up. That further instilled in me a deep appreciation for resilience, creativity, and collaboration.Taking a break to pursue a doctoral program enabled me to dive deep into domains close to my heart, including Health, Finance and Artificial Intelligence. So, in my third stint as COO of a global AI company, I collaborated closely with the CEO to shape the organizational vision and strategy. Working alongside dedicated leaders and teams, especially in turbulent times during COVID pandemic, we strived to foster a culture of inclusivity and grow sustainably.So, each step along the way, I have been grateful for the opportunities to learn and grow, and I remain deeply appreciative of the support and encouragement I have received from all those who have crossed my path.
