Employment in India is fragmented, inefficient and deeply unequal in access. Technology, when applied correctly, can change that at scale. We work at the intersection of labour markets, enterprise software and applied AI. Our platform connects job seekers, recruiters and enterprises in a high-trust, high-velocity environment. AI is not an add-on in this system. It powers screening, matching, outreach and workflow design, helping organizations hire with greater speed, predictability and precision. For enterprises, this means structured, scalable talent acquisition. For candidates, it means access and visibility. For recruiters, it means productivity multiplied. My work centers on one question: how do we make hiring in India intelligent, reliable and inclusive at national scale? I collaborate with leaders across sectors to design systems that reduce friction, increase signal and create durable access to work.
