I’m a strategic HR professional who partners across a variety of sectors; financial institutions, healthcare organizations, not-for-profits, and growth-focused businesses to design people strategies that unlock performance in the AI era. I advise executive teams on workforce architecture, leadership design, and scaling high-impact teams. I have 15 years of experience spanning HR, Technology, and AI, and I’m known for building high-performing teams and leading complex transformations in areas like Cybersecurity, Fraud, Data, and AI. From my early work as a trusted HR advisor to my most recent role as Chief of Staff at a global bank, I’ve partnered with senior executives and led teams of 70+ across communications, change, learning, project management, and risk. My experience spans both corporate and not-for-profit sectors, and I hold educational backgrounds in Psychology, Human Resources, and Generative AI in Business. I’m also a dedicated volunteer and community advocate. I’ve supported organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Dress for Success, and United Way. Currently, I serve as a board member for a Long-Term Care home and as Chair of my children’s school council.
