Hi there, I'm Alev! I'm driven by complex problems, especially those that impact humanity and the climate, and by taking innovative products that address them to market. Ten years in product and always eager to talk product sense, discovery, GTM, and share the PM craft with both new and seasoned PMs, so just reach out if you'd like to chat! While getting my degree in Computer Science, I founded a non-profit organization called Female Tech Leaders. FTL's goal is to improve the gender-ratio in STEM, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Various initiatives across programming courses, workshops, networking events, and startup programs aim to achieve this. FTL is a team of 40+ volunteers, and has reached tens of thousands of people worldwide since its initiation. Managing and growing this team has taught me about scaling a small and ambitious team to a functional organization, servant leadership, and culture building.
