DMs didn't stop for days. People were asking me how I kept going, for interview tips, and to review their CVs. That's when I realized I wasn't alone. So I threw someone else a rope. I started sharing what I'd learned: 1. How to reframe rejection 2. How to sharpen a CV 3. How to walk into interviews with something to say I also founded the Networking Hike Tribe on LinkedIn. A tribe for introverts to develop their networks on a trail than in a conference room. A supportive and thriving community for whoever needs help to ask and receive.
