About

I heard the sonic rip off a military jet, like a giant trowel being dragged through wet concrete, but saw only blue above, a raw and saturated blue that seemed cut from an inner edge of the sky. Yes, that was infinity, my definition of the end! - Does your content generate that aura? Spice it up with us, with Pepper! Being a BITSian, startups were always fascinating to me and I bump into a bunch of guys at college trying to solve the content aggregation problem. That was my bit! I joined Pepper at the very beginning. We envision to be the one-stop destination for content creation for text, languages, design and video. We are currently creating the largest curated community of content creators in India through an AI-enabled platform. Over the past 2.5 years, I have successfully been able to build and manage the entire business segment for Pepper. With a business team of 5 people, we have been able to mark over 800+ logos to our clientele and thousands of client stories to our case studies! With revenues of over $10,00,000, we have been able to curate and create 500,000+ content pieces in over 20+ domains, 48+ languages and 150+ categories. Along with this, I have been able to build a team managing business operations in and out I am a great fan of frugal innovation - Jugaad! Einstein says, "Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius—and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction." This moment of mediocrity is a portent of what is to follow. The awe of some Western academics for this inferior form of innovation is similar to the awe of very happy Scandinavians who overrate Bhutan’s Third World contentment. I hope the last 2 sentences explain my love for it. When I am not at work, you'll find me within the Himalayas listening to vintage Indie-pop music. If you're interested to know the tale of how I almost fell from a cliff 18,000ft above the sea level or my client stories, drop a mail by my way at kishan@peppercontent.in.

  • TagIt is a not-for-profit social product which aims to engage communities by doing challenges with an incentive that every challenge completed by them leads to a donation for a social cause. "We are building the charity of the future."
  • Solves 3 things - User getting incentivised to do a challenge, brands getting influencer marketing for charity, we're donating for a social cause!
  • How does it work?
  • We curate challenges for brands and on every challenge done by an individual, there will be a watermark of the brand.
  • A person has to share the watermarked picture/video on his/her social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) and they can nominate their friends.
  • Once this is done, the challenge is reviewed and if it’s fulfilled a particular amount is donated for a social cause.
  • The user gets to see their impact on a dashboard along with the indirect impact done by the people whom the user had nominated.
  • Along with this, the user gets coin for each challenge done, which can be redeemed in the "Bazaar".
