• Supplier Scorecard; I developed and maintained an Alteryx Workflow for over 2 years. The process involved gathering raw supplier rate data from SAP and SPS systems, calculating various metrics using custom algorithms and additional information provided by the customer. • 8D Management; I was responsible for the first phase of the project. The 8D process is a problem-solving methodology used to identify, correct, and prevent recurring problems in a systematic way. The key objective of the project was to visualize current and archival processes and analyze how effective they were.
• Customer Scorecard; I introduced custom RPA architecture into the organization and then led a team of developers who created several solutions to automatically retrieve scorecard data from various Portals, effectively addressing a lack of programming interfaces.

The platform had robust sales tracking capabilities, allowing sales data to be monitored and analyzed in real-time, enabling informed decisions about sales strategies to be made. Along with sales tracking, the application included various accounting features that streamlined financial processes. Margins and commissions for sales representatives and accountants could be calculated by the platform, simplifying complex financial calculations. Payment histories were also tracked, making it easy to see who had already been paid and who was still due for payment.
• A cutting-edge cybersecurity software solution developed to enhance user authentication processes, providing a highly secure and convenient non-password SSO experience through a dedicated mobile app on their smartphones.
