• In 2018, I went deeper into the Web3 space, and smart contracts held a particular fascination for me. I had a strong intuition that this would be the next major innovation, with the potential to revolutionize industries.
• Alongside two of my friends, Nebojša and Mislav, I joined Digital Assets to contribute to the development of Bitcoin Store software. We undertook the ambitious task of building it from the ground up, utilizing .NET and AngularJS technologies.
• Later on, we built a mobile application wallet for them when we started our own company Blank.
• My responsibility was to design and implement software for crypto-fiat offline and online exchange.

• dobartek.hr is an online food delivery service used in Croatia. It serves more than 100,000 users.
• I joined Dobartek to engage in software development and drive new features. Some of the most notable implementations included adding online payment support, creating software for our delivery service, and developing a module for managing office food orders.
• Through Dobartek, I learned a lot about startup life, business, and software development. It's a bit different to work on your own thing when you are entirely responsible for its outcome.

• I joined HR Cloud as an intern with responsibilities that included building internal time-tracking software. This experience was amazing, as it involved incorporating features like face recognition into an iOS app and managing back-office software. HR Cloud offers a wide range of diverse applications, making this just the beginning.
• Over the next three years, I worked on multiple applications within the HR Cloud suite, including CoreHR, Onboarding, Offboarding, Workmates, and more. It was both enjoyable and challenging, as the complexity of these applications and processes contributed significantly to my ongoing learning and professional growth.
• For instance, I developed a framework for handling customizable database objects and forms for clients and introduced TypeScript during the migration of HR Cloud's frontend to the new architecture.
• In addition to hands-on development, I also led an international team of five members located in Croatia, the USA, and Vietnam.
• After three years, I transitioned to a team lead role, guiding engineers in architecture, delivery, and production processes to create public-facing applications that are integral to the HR Cloud platform.
• I provided mentorship to my team, assisting them in achieving company, project, team, and individual goals. Our team consisted of 10 members, including developers, designers, QA professionals, and business analysts.
• My primary responsibility was to ensure the delivery of top-notch software and facilitate communication with internal teams to establish roadmaps for delivering high-quality solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.

• I joined the development team at FESB following the successes we achieved with the Authink application. FESB has a vast system of applications that students use daily, and our task was to maintain the entire system, create new applications, and enhance existing ones.
• I worked as a full-stack software developer under the mentorship of Ivan Maček and Marko Matijević.
• The development team primarily consisted of members of the DUMP association. Getting to know and working with them resulted in us working together on multiple projects over the next few years.
• Working at FESB was fantastic because the mentors were highly experienced, and it was gratifying to see students using the things you had created.

• Together with Marko Matijević, Ivan Pavičić, Luka Vidačak, and Ivan Božić, I worked on a system aimed at children with autism, utilizing software on tablets.
• The system underwent testing at the Autism Center in Split, with the support of numerous experts who designed tasks for children to complete through tablet-based gaming. Subsequently, parents could adapt these prepared tasks to make them more relevant to the child's environment. This approach helped children better adapt to their natural surroundings and learn how to use modern technology for greater independence.
• The system consisted of a backend service and a Windows Store application through which children could perform exercises.
• We developed everything using Microsoft technologies, as we were well-versed in .NET as students. At that time, we utilized ASP.NET MVC4 and AngularJS.
• With our idea, we participated in various competitions, such as the Microsoft Imagine Cup, where we won the DreamSpark Award in the finals in Russia. Additionally, we took part in the Microsoft Startup Academy and received an award there as well.
