• Designed, maintained, and implemented scalable software provisioning solutions with proprietary standards and innovative avenues, updating and auditing the initial fleet of satellite index numbering to preemptively reduce naming issues present in the initial system design, to later consolidating team runbooks from deprecated guidance and revamping the documentation to be clear, current, and self service.
• Designed and implemented two new flat satellite environments to reduce bottlenecks to production testing and improve developmental procedures, alleviating low environment availability with parity matching of functionality between the test and production environments reducing coding conflicts and untested functionality reaching the live stage, later developed team virtual satellite guidance and training to coincide with improved harness free testing and development.

• Designed, developed, and implemented full stack system architecture for new applications to include a store project management automation, a simplified onboarding request tool, and a refrigeration temperature monitoring and alerting dashboard.
• Created a development space for engineers that outlined SDLC, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) procedures, coding standards, production monitoring and system architectural diagrams for a workstream that was in the early stages of development.

• Joined the Unified Written Channel redesign effort as a full stack developer later into lead duties to consolidate all MSR text channels into one tool through a vendor relationship with Salesforce.

Worked with New Web deploys through UCD and Gitlab, Talon deploys through Docker, Java WAS 8.5 deploys through eclipse and Apex deploys through Copado to manage the multiple codebases that makeup the full spectrum of the design.
• Conducted mentoring sessions to develop skills of fellow engineers that included design improvements, UML diagram, code reviews, merge approvals and method enhancements. Designed and implemented the UWC Operations and Maintenance team procedures as well as created production monitoring guidelines and dashboards for a team that was just starting out in a new monitoring environment.

Ran scripts in Red Hat and Linux environments to maintain server status and manipulate data.
• Was a successful crew chief of over a hundred sorties with double that number as flight crew in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Inherent Resolve.

• As a maintainer in the MI community, I was responsible for the maintenance and operation of signals systems, data collection tools, SATCOM communications, seismic sensor, air quality analytics, LRU replacement, system component repair, and cryptographic security across multiple stations within my time in service.
• Have stationed on the DMZ for intelligence operations and in northern Iraq for signals collection and transmission during Operation Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. Was section supervisor and lead technician for a team of twelve technicians responsible for the twenty-four-hour upkeep of Field Station Korea under Eighth Army Command.
