About

When I was young, people used to ask me what my name meant. For the life in me, I had no clue! It was only later, I realised the nib was a clue and a point - to my ikigai. And the beginning of the story. Over time, I've realized that I'm blessed with an ability to use simple words to leave an impact. A lasting one In a way that makes people pause, feel and act. And that's where the third S curve comes into the picture. A great mission with fuzzy messaging gets ignored. A great product with the wrong story gets misunderstood. And a great team without narrative alignment loses momentum. I specialize in the provocative narrative. Because nothing else seems to work! My super power is curiosity. To find out how things work, before being able to explain it - simply. Whether it's a product, a social cause, a founder's vision, or an organization's reason for existing... Over the years, I've led teams of writers, editors and translators, built communication functions from scratch, and partnered deeply with product, marketing, customer success, and leadership to return value to the bottom line. And throughout this journey, I've always cared about one thing - Helping people communicate better. Because communication is one of the most underrated ways to resolve conflict, build trust, and create movement. I'm gifted with an exceptional ability to articulate an idea. Not restricted to help content. For example, I worked with recruiters to create JDs that received as many as 20k views on the first day it was posted! Many of my posts regularly cross 100K in views. Despite the biased algorithms. I believe that more than creating documentation that engages, informs and empowers its users, our focus as communicators is the creation of exceptional, intuitive, and innovative products. As information developers, we have a duty to ensure the product features we write about - indeed get used. This only means that a 'pull' strategy of waiting for the customer to access content completely ineffective! If you're an organization trying to sharpen your message, or a startup trying to tell your story in a way that actually lands, and lands well... Ask me how😇 I write, therefore I am. P.S. I have crossed the 30k connection limit and can't accept any more! But you can follow😇 Ot just
