About

I am building something that does not yet have a widely recognised name — so I named it myself. Capital Architecture. Most early-stage founders are told to "go raise money." They hire pitch coaches, buy VC lists, approach brokers, and attend demo days. And still, 7 in 10 funded healthcare & life sciences startups fail within three years of raising their first round. The problem is not the pitch. The problem is the architecture — the wrong capital, at the wrong time, from the wrong source, for the wrong milestone. At ANANTA ArthaSetu, I work with early-stage founders from Pre-Seed to Series A to design their capital strategy before they approach investors — mapping the right capital stack, sequencing milestones to funding events, building investor-ready narratives, and matching each founder to the precise investor persona suited to their stage, sector, and geography. I am building ANANTA ArthaSetu around one specific corridor: Bharat · Gulf · SEA — the India-Gulf-Southeast Asia innovation arc, where I believe the next generation of healthcare, life sciences and deep tech companies will emerge. I am not an advisor. Not a consultant. Not a broker. I am a capital architect — and ANANTA ArthaSetu is the institution I am building to make capital flow more intelligently across the corridor that I believe will define the next decade of global innovation. If you are a founder raising between $300K and $10M, a family office, VC or angel looking for corridor deal flow, or an ecosystem institution building the Bharat-Gulf-SEA innovation bridge — I want to hear from you.
